Utkarsh joined the Global Software Group at Motorola in Bangalore in the late 90s. This opportunity provided him with the experience in recruiting and leading large teams and handling complex people issues and also prepared him for his current role as the head of India operations for Infinera — a startup in digital optical networking — a position that he took in early 2003. His experiences triggered Utkarsh to write a book on India operations called “Offshoring Secrets”. The book was released in the US in September 2007 and is to be released in India in the summer of 2008. Utkarsh is also a charter member of TIE (The Indus Entrepreneur), Bangalore chapter.

Ashok Gupta leads the Alliance Development & Relationship Management function for Office and Production Groups of Xerox Corporation. He holds extensive experience in working with third-party vendors across geographies and has been associated with the concept of ‘offshoring’ since its inception. As an experienced campaigner for Collaborative Development, Ashok works closely with the Senior Leadership at Xerox in formulating the strategic roadmap for global alliances and supplier management in the areas of product engineering services. 
Ashok has been with Xerox since 1975 and has led several functions including Information Systems, Finance, Planning, Marketing, Strategy and General Management for the Canadian and US Operations. Prior to SpikeSource, he built, grew, managed and led the Development Center for Interwoven in Bangalore. After 15 years in the U.S., where he spent 13 years working in different companies in Silicon Valley, he came back to India to join Yahoo! Software Development Center, India as General Manager. He was one of the founding members of the engineering team at Interwoven, a leading, publicly-traded, Enterprise Content Management Product company, which he
joined in 1996 as their 6th employee.

Sanjay is responsible for the entire operations of the company and scaling mChek to support customers across the globe. Prior to mChek, Sanjay was General Manager of Ketera India, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kleiner Venture backed Ketera Inc. The India operations were a setup by Sanjay from scratch and today, have a high-end team of about 100+ employees. Prior to joining Ketera, Sanjay set up and ran the India operations for mPortal, a Virginia-based startup in the Wireless Data Services arena. Murali founded Ujwal, and pioneered the 'Accounting Outsourcing' model in India. Under this model, Ujwal took over the responsibility for running the entire Finance and Accounts functions of its clients. Under Murali's stewardship, Ujwal started providing Accounting Outsourcing Services to a number of manufacturing companies in India, before changing its focus to the IT sector, in the late nineties. One of the companies, for which Ujwal provided Accounting Outsourcing Services to, was Aztec Software and Technology Services Limited. Murali went on to become the Chief Financial Officer of Aztec. He was responsible for the successful completion of Aztec's IPO in the year 2000. After running the Finance function at Aztec for more than three years, Murali went on to head their BFSI business unit, when he was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug. Even as Aztec's CFO, Murali was involved with Ujwal as its Non-Executive Director and he soon returned to Ujwal to head the company. Murali has been responsible for creating a process-driven, customer-oriented environment at Ujwal.
