ON REGISTRATION
Who can attend this Conference?
Offshoring R&D 2008 is targeted mainly at senior executives in R&D and Product Engineering. The Conference will not consider registrations from BPO, HR or other IT Services, and independent consultants.
Can I transfer my Registration?
Usually, not. However, if you have a valid reason for not being able to attend the Conference and you know someone who is keen on participating, we can accommodate your request.
I am an academician/a professor at a Business School. Can I attend?
Yes, you can participate in the Conference.
I am a student at a Business/an Engineering School. Can I attend?
You are welcome, if you would like to be a Volunteer at the Conference.

ON PAYMENT
Is there an early-bird discount?
No, there are no discounts on offer when you register for the Conference.
What if I want to attend only one track?
The registration charges are the same, irrespective of which track you choose to attend.
Is there a bulk-registration discount?
No, there are no registration discounts.
How do I pay?
The best mode of payment is to mail a Cheque or DD, in favor of Zinnov Management Consultants

If I decide not to attend, do I get a refund ?
If you make a cancellation 2 weeks before the event (on or before Feb 29, 2008), you can get a 75% refund on the registration amount you have paid.
How do I cancel my registration?
Canceling a registration is a one-step process. Please send in an email to captive_conference@zinnov.com with Cancellation in the subject line.
How do I get my refund?
We will refund the amount through a cheque and mail it to the address specified in your registration form.
ON ATTENDANCE
If I come in late, how do I need to enter and participate in the Conference?
Your RFID tag will be sent to you by courier with the Agenda for the Conference. Clear indications on the location of the halls and the topics will be provided in the hotel lobby. You may proceed straight to the hall that you are interested in.
ON THE EVENT
Can I know about the speakers?
The Website for the event will be updated regularly as the date of the Conference draws near. We will also provide information on the Speakers and the Agenda. We can assure you that the Speakers are experts in their chosen field.
Can I know who the participants at the event are?
Offshoring R&D 2008 will be an exclusive gathering of senior executives across Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing etc.
